Abstract:	本實驗利用天然茶葉所萃取出的染料對棉織物進行染色，並改變染液的pH值和染色時間、染色溫度，及以不同媒染劑和媒染劑濃度進行媒染處理，藉以探討萃取染液之pH值、染色時間及媒染劑對棉織物染色性質的影響，以染出較佳效果及符合市場要求之產品。實驗結果發現，以烏龍茶萃取出的天然色料在加入不同的媒染劑並檢測其各項性質後，可以得知其染色最佳條件如下：烏龍茶染液在100℃、100分鐘時染色效果最佳。烏龍茶在pH7時染色效果較佳。加入媒染劑後，以硫酸鐵在表觀濃度中表現最佳，其值為0.88。在色牢度中，以硫酸銅具有最佳耐光牢度可達4級，在耐水洗的變褪色方面則以硫酸鐵為最佳，可達4-5級，在耐水洗污染方面，由於是天然染料，故其上色不易，亦即不易造成污染。綜合而言，以硫酸銅有最佳之色牢度。 In this study, We used the natural dye that extract from Oolong tea to dye the fabric of cotton. We change the different conditions such as the pH value of dye liquor、dyeing time、dyeing temperature, the different mordants and concentrations for mordant dying. The properties of cotton fabrics were dyed at various pH value of dye liquor、dyeing time and the mordants were widely studied. From the result shows that cotton fabrics had the best dyeing property of Oolong tea when the dyeing temperature at 100℃, and the dyeing time for 100 minutes. On the other hand, the dyed cotton fabric treated with mordants such as copper sulfate at 5% has the best lightfastness rating 4 and can improved wash fastness, the rating reaches to 4-5.
