    Title: WPU/BC被覆棉織物遠紅外線放射率之研究

    Abstract: 本研究以孟宗竹(Phyllostachys pubescens Mazel)竹炭粉、水性聚氨基甲酸酯(WPU)經行星式攪拌器攪拌混合後,以塗佈機進行塗佈製成樣本,並進行遠紅外線放射率分析。經測試後發現BC1、BC2、SiO2和TiO2所製成之貼布具有良好的遠紅外線放射率,並達遠紅外線放射率標準0.85。改變樣本膜厚度條件後發現,當WPU厚度增加時,其體積增大,體積內所含有的粉末量較多,因此其遠紅外線放射率有提升的效果。而在相同WPU膜厚度下,粉末混合量10%之貼布其遠紅外線放射率,較粉末混合量5%之貼布高0.001-0.003。在薄膜厚度條件相同下,比較不同種材質之遠紅外線放射後發現,TiO2貼布達紅外線放射率為0.957,比SiO2貼布放射率0.956及BC1貼布放射率0.948佳。

    In this study, We used the powder of Mazel bamboo charcoal (BC) mixed Polyurethane (WPU) coated with the cotton fabric by the coating machine. Used these samples to do the analyzation of Far infrared ray radiation. After the test ,we discovered the samples that made with BC1、 BC2、Si02 and Ti02 have good ability for Far infrared ray radiation and conform the standard value of Far infrared ray radiation 0.85.After we increase the WPU film thickness, the film also contains more powder so have the better property for Far infrared ray radiation. The sample mixed powder at 10% has the better property than the sample mixed powder at 5% in the same WPU film thickness condition. Compared Far infrared ray radiation for the different materials, TiO2 sample was 0.957, SiO2 sample was 0.956 and BC1 sample was 0.948.
