This research explores the impact of fiber's weight, fiber's type and arrangement on the stability of far-infrared radiation rate. The results show that it is unstable when fiber's weight is lighter than 0.3 grams, the coefficient of variation of far-infrared radiation rate will be higher than 0.38%. On the volume side, when we use different volume of fibers, it shows that far-infrared radiation rate is 0.83 and coefficient of variation is 0.28%, when we use 1.5 grams close conformation, and far-infrared radiation rate is 0.79 and coefficient of variation is 0.55% when we use fluffy conformation, so both the far-infrared radiation rate and its stability of close conformation are higher than that of fluffy conformation. In the arrangement of the fibers, it shows that the far-infrared radiation rate of regular arrangement is 0.01 higher than that of random conformation, but its stability is not necessarily higher when the weight of the fibers are ranging from 0.3g to 1 g. Finally, there is no significant influence of dust content on far-infrared radiation rate when the weight of fiber is heavier than 0.3 grams.
