    摘要: 現代各種電器用品充斥於我們生活週遭,大量電磁波產生造成身體危害,因此抗靜電與電磁渡織物的研製與工業化十分重要。本研究擬將銅長絲與聚酯加工絲經由轉筒式加撚包繞機包繞後,製成PET/銅金屬複合包繞紗,並利用橫編針織機織造,製成抗電磁波機能性針織物,再將其針織物利用改變疊層數及疊層層間夾角變化,觀察其機能性;更進一步測試、評估抗電磁波機能性針織物之物理性質、抗靜電性能、電磁屏蔽效應等功用。

    Nowadays, the electric equipments are widely used in our daily life, hence the electromagnetic wave is a serious problem gradually. In other words, the development of static electricity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMSE) fabric is very important. Functional electromagnetic shielding knitted fabrics will be fabricated with copper filaments and textured polyester filaments using a weft knitting machine in the research. Functional electromagnetic shielding smocks will be made with the knitted fabrics using a stitching machine. The functional smocks have permanent anti-static and electromagnetic shielding performance. The physical properties, surface and volume resistivity, and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the knitted fabrics will be tested.
