    摘要: 将聚酯梭織基布以丙酮、硫酸、水及未處理四種方式進行預處理,比較其濕潤性並再以不同濃度高錳酸鉀處理,藉由撷取甘油滴定梭織物產生之接觸角測試以探討聚酯梭織物的濕潤性對聚酯梭織物的複合性質影響,分析其聚酯梭織物成品之剝離強度的變化,並對於高錳酸鉀藥倒其黏度燮化情形,且觀察不同之熱壓壓力舆剝離拉伸速度對其聚酯梭織物剝離强度之影響。結果顯示,在浸漬20%硫酸經450W微波照射及高錳酸鉀0.05mole處理後效果最佳,在基布橡膠分析,布與布及布舆膠層間剝離强力,會隨著高錳酸鉀濃度增加,分别提升38.96%的4.8kgf布舆布的剝離強力及提升25.27%的2.99kgf布舆膠的剝離強力。
    Our research uses four pre-treatment acetone sulfuric acid ‘water and non-treatment to proceed PET. Compare their damp and then use different concentration of Potassium Permanganate to process. By intercept glycerol titration PET produce contact corner tests to discuss PET's damp that affect the complex of PET, Furthemore analyze their change in the stripped intension of PET product and viscosity of Potassium Permanganate. We also observe the difference between hot pressure and the stripped intension’s speed to affect the stripped intension of PET. The result reveals that in the l0%sulfuric acid 450W microwave uses the effect of Potassium Permanganate 0.05 mole after process is better than others. In the PET's analysis, the fabric to fabric and the fabric to rubber stripped intensions that separately rise from 4.8 kgf of the fabric to fabric to 38.96% and rise 1.99 kgf of the fabric to rubber to 15.17%.
