選擇間苯二酚藥劑濃度為1.0%、2.0%、3.0%、4.0%、5.0%、6.0%、7.0%及舆福馬林和橡膠乳液之熟成時間條件為8、16、24小時,觀察其黏度變化情形,浸漬加工高強力聚酯基布後分析舆橡膠間剝離强度燮化,並探討橡膠抗剝離強力標凖ASTM-D2630舆CNS15139-L3262兩者間之差異。由實验结果得知,在RFL藥劑的黏度會隨著間苯二酚濃度的提昇而有所增加,在ASTM-D2630和CNS15139-L3262標准,布舆布層皆在熟成時間24小時間苯二酚濃度為3%、4%時,有較佳剝離強力20~24kgf;布舆膠層皆在熟成時間8小時間苯二酚濃度為6%、7%時,有較佳剝離強力18~19kgf。
In this study, it imitate process online to make the different concentrations of resorcinol in medicament of RFL have 1.0%、2.0%、3.0%、4.0%、5.0% 、6.0%、7.0% and set the different maturing times have 8、16、24hours. We discussed the viscosity about change resorcinol concentration of RFL and analyzed between polyester fabrics and rubber. We discussed the different the standard between ASTM-D2630 and CNS15139-L3262 about anti-adhesion strength of the rubber. The result shows, the viscosity of RFL can up with the concentrations of resorcinol up. We discover the better Strength was 20 to 24kgf when the matured times at 24 hours、concentrations of resorcinol at 4%. We also discovering the better Strength was 18 to l9kgf when the matured times at 8 hours、concentrations of resorcinol at 4%.
