    Title: 遠紅外線聚酯布在不同相對濕度以及不同含水量下對放射率之研究
    The Research on the Radiation of the Far-Infrared Polyester Fabric under Different Environment Relative Humidity and Moisture Content

    Abstract: 本研究以遠紅外線聚酯布在環境下的相對濕度以及遠紅外線聚酯布添加水分下,分析其遠紅外線放射率。研究結果顯示,相對濕度太高則遠紅外線放射率降低,相對濕度太低則遠紅外線放射率也會降低。遠紅外線放射率最佳條件是在相對濕度60±3%和80±3%時,其中含水量則是未添加水分的遠紅外線聚酯布放射率較高,而添加較多水量時,導致遠紅外線聚酯布之遠紅外線放射率降低。
    The research is to analyze the radiation of the far-infrared polyester fabric under different environment relative humidity and moisture content. The result shows that under relative humidity 60% and 80% has the best radiation. Adding 0.2g water on polyester knitted fabric A weight 0.98g, the radiation is 0.05 lower than the standard; polyester non-woven fabric D weight 0.75g, the radiation is 0.14 lower than standard. Under 60% relative humidity, the radiation of polyester knitted knitted fabric A weight 0.98g is 0.9246 and polyester non-woven fabric C weight 0.13g is 0.8170. The coefficient of variation under 100% relative humidity, the radiation of polyester knitted fabric A weight 0.98g is 2.2099, the radiation of polyester non-woven fabric C weight 0.13g is 6.2638. The coefficient of variation after adding water on the fabric is higher than black body stability 0.38.
