In this experimentation, the modified of PP nonwoven fabric which the ratio of grafted is 15%, after immobilized 1 % γ-PGA to persist 30 minutes in 70℃ and immobilized 3% chitosan to persist in 18 hours, after this experimentation, the γ-PGA and chitosan grafted onto polypropylene nonwoven fabrics for wound dressing is helpful to rat wounds, and in dermal irritiation test, it have no influence to rabbits's skin. Furthermore, from in vitro of cytotoxicity test, this wound dressing has no toxicity, so we can use this to be a kind of wound dressing.
