本研究對蜂巢結構進行無電極鍍鎳,使之成為具有導電性的材料。經疊層改變結構方向,當電磁波進入時,可在吸收體內進行多重反射讓電磁波轉熱能被消耗,而達到電磁波吸收效果。經實驗發現,當厚度增加時,其電磁波吸收效果提升。改變方向之疊層匹配其電磁波吸收效果提升。在固定上層厚度為0.8cm及孔徑為0.3cm,下層孔徑為0.3cm、厚度為0.5cm時,電磁波吸收頻寬的效果可達到47% 。
This research used Honey-comb structure by electroless nickel plating to become conductive material. By changing the structure of the direction of laminated, when the electromagnetic wave enters, they can be part of multiple reflection of electromagnetic waves and transforms heat energy into depleted, it achieves the effect of electromagnetic wave is absorbed. The experiment discovered, when the thickness increased, the electromagnetic wave absorption promoted. Structures fold the level and changed a direction, so that the electromagnetic wave absorption effect promoted. When fixed upper level thickness is 0.8cm and the bore diameter is 0.3cm, the lower level bore diameter is 0.3cm, thickness is 0.5cm, the percentage of electromagnetic absorption bandwidth achieved 47%.
