Abstract:	創傷敷材（wound dressing）產品依用途可分為敷料、縫合材料、紗布、繃帶及外科膠帶等。其中，技術較低階的產品，因面對中國、東南亞等國家的興起，促使台灣業者將其生產重心逐漸轉移至其它國家生產，而台灣則保有附加價值較高的產品競爭優勢，因此就目前的產品趨勢觀察，新興產品的發展是有脈絡可尋的，未來創傷敷材會朝向更高階的產品線發展（如特殊性的敷料及縫合材料等）。因而，透過各國在敷料及縫合材料之顯示性比較利益指數（RCA）分析，來暸解目前台灣在這兩項產品上，所處的競爭強度及位置。 According to the use of product of wound dressing, it can be divided into dressing, suture material, gauze， bandage and surgical tape, and so on. Among others the production of low-end products had transferred to other countries due to the rise of industry in China and Southeast Asia countries, however, the high value-added products in Taiwan still maintain a competitive advantage, and in the future the development of new products will be towards more high-end products (such as special dressings and suture materials, etc.). Therefore, the present competition intensity and location for special dressings and suture materials in Taiwan can be understood via the analysis of revealed comparative advantage index (RCA) of these two products in various countries.
