    Title: 利用超臨界流體技術萃取魚腥草之研究

    Abstract: 本研究針對萃取時間的長短、腔體槽溫度與萃取壓力的變化,控制粒徑大小與CO2流量的條件下,分析中草藥乾燥除去水分的多寡後萃取率的差異。並分別對不同溫度下萃取出的中草藥產物,選出適合魚腥草適當的萃取條件。由實驗結果得知,在腔體槽溫度20℃以下萃取出來的產物較沒有明顯的萃取效果,隨著腔體槽溫度和萃取壓力增加,萃取率大幅的增加,但是當腔體槽溫度過高反而會破壞魚腥草中一些的成分,腔體槽溫度在60℃萃取壓力在12.5MPa 時的萃取效果會較佳,其萃取率為2 .25% 。
    This research makes the length of extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction pressure changes, controlling particle size and CO2 flow conditions, the analysis of Chinese herbal medicine to remove the amount of water after the extraction rate differences. Respectively, under different temperatures of Chinese herbal medicine extracted from a product to select the appropriate extraction conditions for Houttuynia cordata. The results indicate that, at a temperature below 20℃ higher than the product extracted from the extraction no apparent effect, as the extraction temperature and extractlon pressure increased, a substantial increase in extraction rate, but when the extraction temperature is too high but also disrupts the Houttuynia cordata some of the ingredients, extraction temperature at 60℃, extraction pressure 12.5MPa, its extraction rate is 2.25%.
