    Abstract: 本研究利用航空照片判釋資料分析1978-2006年關渡自然保留區水筆仔紅樹林的分布變遷,研究結果顯示研究區的水筆仔分布面積有逐年增加的趨勢,從1978年的零星分布,快速擴張到2006年的33.01公頃,其面積增加的時序變化呈階梯式的擴張模式,而植群組成發展有趨近單一化的現象。經由研究區紅樹林分布長期變遷的分析結果,本研究進一步討論紅樹林疏伐的議題。
    This study uses aerial photo interpretation data to analyze the change of Kandelia distribution in Kuantu Nature Reserve from 1978 to 2006. Results indicate the total area of Kandelia is rapidly increasing from scattered individuals in 1978 to 33.01 ha in 2006. The long-term extension of distribution area shows a step-like model, and vegetation composition tends to be dominated by Kandelia. Based on the analysis of long-term change of mangrove distribution in the study area, mangrove partial deforestation issue is also discussed.
