摘要:	本研究的主要目的是比較中華職籃球員間的比賽效率的差異，並進行各群體球員比賽效率的預測。以中華職籃元年至職籃四年，所以出場比賽的253名球員為研究對象。首先以獨立樣本t檢定法比較外籍球員與本土球員間比賽效率的差異性。並以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析來解釋本土三位置球員間在比賽效率的差異情形。若F值達顯著水準，則以薛費氏多重比較分析法進行事後比較。接著以逐步迴歸對各群體球員分別進行比賽效率的預測。研究的假設水準均設在 .05。結果顯示：外籍球員與本土球員的比賽效率沒有顯著差異。本土三位置球員（後衛、前鋒、中鋒）間比賽效率之差異未達顯著水準。在預測各群體球員的比賽效率中，除本土後衛球員選出平均進攻成功次數為最具預測力變項外，外籍球員、本土前鋒球員及本土中鋒球員均以得分能力為最具預測力變項。 The purpose of this study was to compare the difference and predict the competitive efficiency of the players in Chinese Professional Basketball Association. The 253 players who had been played are the subjects of this study from first to forth year. Comparing the difference of the competitive efficiency between these groups by t test and One-way ANOV A. And predicted the criterion by Stepwise method. The significant level was set at .05. The result indicated that: Between the foreign and local players had not clear difference and players of three positions had not significant in the competitive efficiency. In prediction of the competitive efficiency of these groups all choose the ability of scores is the predictors of the best predictable ability except for the players of local guard.
