摘要: | 本實驗爲設訓一數位電路控制SC(Switched-capacitor)濾波器中的MOS開關,並測試SC濾波器在不同電容值與MOS開關切換頻率下找出等效RC濾波電路的最佳效果。假設能夠找出完全等數於電阻效應的SC交換電容濾波器的電容與切換時脈值,可將之設計於積體電路中。本文提供使用Xilinx設計數位電路產生SC切換時脈,再由PSpice電路程式設計軟體模擬此類比數位混合電路,尋求最佳等效之電容值,後經實作得到驗證。
The goal of this paper is to design a MOSFET switch found in the digital circuit Switched-capacitor (SC) and to test the SC filters at different capacitances combined with various MOS activation frequencies to find the most effective combination in the RC fitter. If we can find a capacitance to resistance combination of the SC fitter that is completely equal in the capacitance and switch frequency, we can integrate it into the circuit design. This paper presents the usage of the Xilinx software to design multiple circuit produced SC switch frequencies which are then simulated in various mixed circuits by Pspice CAD software to find the most effective equivalent capacitance. The results are then proven by experiment. |
