摘要: | 本學報上期曾刊載本人一篇相同主題之論文。文中探討之主題是:遊戲確可視為外語教學的主要活動。然該文遺留甚多有趣、尚待進一步探討的問題。本文將探討遊戲之要素與外語教學一些問題之關係,包含以下幾個要點:一、語言遊戲教學之種類和來源;二、大班級中應用遊戲教學之成功與失敗的實例;三、文大語文實習課應用遊戲教學之實際經驗;四、選用大班級遊戲教學標準之建議;五、遊戲教學之實例和解說;以及六、應用語言遊戲教學之綜和建議。
In an earlier paper, with the same title, I established a thesis that games can be used as core activities in large foreign language classes. The paper left several unanswered questions that may be of interest to fellow teachers of English as a Foreign Language. Therefore, the extant research paper will explore the basic components of games as they relate to the additional topics: (a) types and sources of language games for teaching activities; (b) examples of games that can and cannot be used successfully in large classes; (c) experiences in using some different types of games in large EFL conversation classes in the Language Center of Chinese Culture University; (d) some suggested criteria for selecting and using games in large classes; (e) explanations of somep games for your use; and (f) some advice and cautions in using language games. |
