    Title: 從黑液的活化能探討黑液的處理及製漿製程的改善

    Abstract: 本研究利用硫酸鹽法、硫酸鹽-蔥醌法、多硫化物法及多硫化物-蔥醌法四種方法於實驗室蒸煮製漿並得到黑液,利用示差熱分析法測量其活化能,再分析其與製漿藥劑量及黑液燃燒特性的關係。同時也分析工業界所提供的黑液,探討是否可藉由製程的調整,同時改善黑液的燃燒及得漿率。本研究的重要結論如下:
    利用示差熱分析法可測定黑液活化能,作為評估黑液燃燒性的依據。
    黑液之O/I比愈低,黑液的活化能愈高,則黑液的燃燒性愈差,會造成回收鍋爐的熄火及點火困難。
    同一硫酸鹽製漿方法,用較低的鹼量,可獲得較高的得漿率及較低的活化能,可兼得降成本、減少污染及能源節約的利益,但要兼顧紙漿的漂白。
    本研究所用的四種製漿方法,在相同鹼量下,其得漿率的高低依序如下:
    PSAQ>PS>KPAQ>KP
    活化能的高低依序如下:
    PSAQ因此若能於煙道氣中除去硫化物,以減少空氣污染,則PSAQ法為較理想的製漿方法。
    台灣工業界製漿廠的黑液,其活化能仍偏高,顯見製漿方法有進一步研究改善的必要。

    Four pulping methods-Kraft (KS), Kraft-Anthraquinone (KSAQ), Polysulfide (PS) and Polysulfide-Anthraquinone (PSAQ) were used in laboratory to produce pulp and black liquor. Differential thermal analysis was then used to evaluate the activation energies of the black liquors. These data were used to study the burning characteristics of black liquor and improvement of pulping method. Commercial black liquors were also used for evaluation and comparison. Some important conclusions resulting from this research are summarized bellow:
    Differential thermal analysis method can be used to measure the activation energy of black liquor and the data can be used to study the burning characteristics of black liquor.
    The lower the O/I ratio of black liquor, the higher the activation energy of black liquor, and more difficult to burn the black liquor in furnace.
    For the same sulfate pulping process with a low optimum alkali, a high pulp yield and low activation energy of black liquor can be obtained.
    The pulp yields of the four pulping methods used in the laboratory with the same alkali dosage are in the following sequence:
    PSAQ>PS>KPAQ>KP of
    The activation energies of the four black liguors are in the following sequence:
    PSAQThe activation energies of the black liquors from two commercial pulp mills are rather high. It indicated that the pulping methods of the mills could be improved.
