This paper describes the development procedures of turbine blade from design to manufacturing and validation before being assembly. Some of technologies transferred from aircraft design are depicted in detail.
he design methods of a new induction heater are proposed in this paper. These design approaches include the complete design procedures of the induction heater, the phase shift modulation control circuit, the isolated power and drive circuit which can drive parallel device of MOSFET, the stead-state analysis of the series-resonant series-loaded circuit, and the relationships of the zero-voltage-switched techniques.
In the general design method of the induction heater, the optoisolation module usually is used, but it can't keep current efficiently and fixed delay time in the wild range frequency. Thus, we design the drive circuit which includes MOSFET devices and an isolation transformer. This circuit can be used in 250kHz switching frequency and provides a large gate current. From the results of the experiment, the proposed methodology can easily be applied to the design of the induction heater.
Finally, the power switches of this induction heater present zero-voltage-switched operation at different output frequency.
