    摘要: 綠屋頂具有調節都市水文、減少建築物能源使用、改善空氣品質與暴雨水質、提供生態棲地等環境效益與功能,並具有美觀、提供都市休憩場所等價值。綠屋頂利用在人工結構物的頂部,營造綠色植物的種植空間,能夠有效降低地表逕流量,並延遲尖峰流量的發生時間,有助於都市的暴雨管理。在各種生態工法技術中,其不需要額外的土地,被認為是建造生態城市與永續城市的重要方法之一。綠屋頂對都市暴雨管理與建築物節能的貢獻,以及其成本上的優勢,讓國際上綠屋頂的使用正快速增加中。國內在綠建築、節能減碳、永續城市、校園綠化等風氣推動下,綠屋頂的施作案例亦不斷增加,然而綠屋頂功能成效的實場監測,以及相關研究分析仍舊相當缺乏。綠屋頂在台灣的獨特氣候條件下,是否真能發揮應有的表現,有待進一步調查分析。本研究針對綠屋頂對都市水文逕流削減影響,選擇適當的綠屋頂採樣地點,進行雨量與逕流等水文監測,並利用理論水文平衡模式與套裝模式 SWMM (Storm Water Management Model),建立本土綠屋頂的都市水文評估模式。最後再以台北市為例,評估台北市設置綠屋頂對都市水文影響。本研究成果將有益於國內綠屋頂設置與設計,提供都市暴雨管理規劃參考。
    Green roofs has the advantages of adjusting urban hydrology, reducing consumption of buildings energy, improving air quality and stormwater quality, providing ecologic habitats, aesthetic and recreation values. The unused space of building tops are used to construct a vegetative growing space, so as to reduce runoff quantity and delay the concentration time of peak flow. Green roofs are believed beneficial for urban stormwater management. In addition, due to not require extra land space the green roofs are important to a eco-city or sustainable city. Because of its functions on managing urban stormwater, energy saving, and the effective cost, the use of green roofs is encouraged and widely applied worldwide. In Taiwan, the promotions of green buildings, low carbon society, sustainable city, and greening campus have brought increasing cases of green roofs. However, the monitoring on site and related researches are lacked. The efficiency of green roofs is highly depended on local climate condition and unfortunately, no local study is presented. Therefore, this study is focus on evaluating the performance of green roofs on improving urban hydrology. The proper sampling site will be selected in Taipei city and several hydrological monitoring will be implemented. A hydrological balance model and Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) is to establish the local assessment model of green roofs and urban stormwater. Finally, the established hydrological model is applied to examine the improvement of urban hydrologic cycle of green roofs in Taipei city. The results of this study will facilitate the understandings of the functions of green roofs and help for better local designs.
