    Abstract: 本文對平面四連桿組以及簡易RSSR連桿組,建構二維或三維的類型圖。於二維類型圖中,以連桿組中兩個尚待決定的尺寸為圖面座標軸,再於圖面上區分出代表各種類型的區域。上述類型主要依連桿機構的輸入桿及輸出桿是否可完全旋轉,共有牽桿、曲柄搖桿、搖桿曲柄、雙搖桿及無法組合等五種。至於三維的類型圖,則以連桿組中三個尚待決定的尺寸為圖面座標軸。該等類型圖可搭配相關輔助曲線,以輔助設計。三維的類型圖更可搭配分割剖面,使連桿組的設計更為簡易且更有效率。
    建構平面四連桿組的類型圖時,主要以Grashof氏定理為基礎。至於簡易RSSR連桿機構,則以相關的研究成果為根據,基於其中的判別式及流程圖,再配合MATLAB及PRO/E等軟體,建構類型圖。

    Two-dimensional and three-dimensional type maps are constructed for both planar four-bar and simply RSSR linkage. For a two-dimensional type map, both abscissa and ordinate of the map are two unknown parameters of the linkage. A map is then composed of several regions that represent different types. Depending on whether the input or output link can make fully rotation, the types can be drag link, crank-rocker, rocker-crank, double-rocker, or unassembled. The axes of three-dimensional type maps are three link lengths left to be designed. These type maps become very helpful in designing a linkage after combining with related curves or surfaces. The three-dimensional type maps can even be viewed at different sections to facilitate the design process. The Grashof's rule is the theoretical basis in constructing the type maps for planar four-bar. As for the simply RSSR linkage, the strategy and flowchart developed in related works are adopted and followed. Both numerical analysis and 3D design software, e.g. MATLAB and PRO/E, have to be integrated and used to construct the type maps.
