    Abstract: 本文旨在探討薄膜捲繞程序中,欲將張力維持於定值狀態下,此程序是一個高度非线性的動態系统。在變化的滾輪進料速度下,一些張力控制架構已被提出,這些架構包括PI、PID 和模糊張力控制器。其中PI和PID控制法是傳統的控制架構,而模糊張力控制器則是一種智慧型控制方法;本文提出的模糊張力控制器,吾人將平移寬度與滑動模式兩種技巧植入到推理引擎裏,以消彌控制力抖動的現象,並且,只有一個需要調變的參數,易於實現。在實際應用時,要面對干擾等不確定性因素存在的問題,吾人在控制器中加入一適應調變器,已進一步保證其強健壯性與最佳化的性能表現。最後,吾人將這三種控制方法的性能表現以模擬數據,加以比較,從比較中發現,薄膜捲繞程序的模糊張力控制系統具有較好的表現,它具有一些特別的優點,包括簡單的控制架構、控制力無抖動現象、穩定的追蹤性能以及對不確定值的強健性等。

    The winding process of film materials is a highly nonlinear dynamic system to maintain tension at constant value. Some tension control architectures are proposed for winding process of the film materials under various feeding speeds at pinch rolls. The proposed control architectures include PI, PID and fuzzy tension control systems. The PI and PID methods are traditional control architecture, while the fuzzy tension controller is an intelligent control method. The translation-width idea and sliding-mode technology are embedded into fuzzy inference engine to remedy chattering phenomena and only one parameter needs adjustment. To confront the uncertainties existed in practical applications, an adaptive tuner is added to adjust the parameter for further assuring robust and optimal performance. The performances of the proposed three control methods are indicated in comparison with each other. The winding process of film materials with the fuzzy controlling architecture possesses the salient advantages of simple control framework, free from chattering, stable tracking performance and robust to uncertainties.
