摘要: | 微波介電濾波器元件在中高頻的應用,是非常普遍使用,為微波通訊產品之重要元件。今日電子產品走向輕、薄、短、小之際,實端賴元件之尺寸縮小。在直觀上陶瓷濾波器,利用介質所提供的高介電常數來縮小尺寸。積層陶瓷濾波器,除了將提供高介電常數,縮短電磁波行進的長度,還要利用三度空間的立體化設計,進一步縮小元件之尺寸,也適合於採用低溫共燒精密陶瓷製程。計算結果顯示,三層立體化的設計,可以提升濾波器品質,又能縮小尺寸。
The microwave dielectric filters are very important and often using comportments in the commutations system. In order to design the slim and light electronics, we design the multilayer microwave filter for using in the Low temperature co-fire ceramic (LTCC) processing. The multilayer structure design can reduce the filter size and is also an advantage potential for the LTCC processing. The simulation result shows that the three layers design can improve the filter's properties such as inserting loss and band width. |
