| 摘要: | 這幾年來，在我國政府相關政策制定會議中，陸續揭櫫重要之奈米科技政策，如八十九年十二月行政院科技顧問會議與九十年一月全國科技會議結論皆指出奈米科技為我國未來產業發展重點領域的方向。故在九十一年由國科會、行政院科技顧問組、中研院、教育部、工研院、經濟部、原子能委員會及環保署等單位二十五位代表，組成【奈米國家型科技計畫工作小組】，於九十一年六月行政院國家科學委員會第157次委員會中通過奈米國家型科技計畫，於九十二年一月開始推動。並於九十一年九月成立【奈米國家型科技計畫】辦公室，冀盼藉由計畫辦公室整合產學研力量，建立我國發展學術卓越和相關應用產業所需要之奈米平台技術，同時加速培育奈米科技所需人才，奠定我國奈米科技厚實之基礎；並且利用奈米科技帶來之創新和我國在高科技製造業累積之優勢，以及在學／研機構長期建立之研發能量，著重創新前瞻之研究，開創我國以技術創新、智權創造為核心之高附加價值知識型產業。並因為奈米科技之注入，帶來新的機會，使我們得以在奈米科技產業全面發展之時，將奈米科技的特性，轉成實際應用進而產生具體經濟成效，是今日所有科技發展先進國家重視奈米科技最主要因素。
The National Science Council (NSC) is the ministry in the Executive Branch of the Taiwan government responsible for scientific and technical affairs. The minister of the NSC serves as the Chair of the Council Meeting. The members of the Meeting include the president of Academia Sinica, ministers of those ministries involved in science and technology (S&T), and representatives from academia and industry. Regular Council Meetings are held to discuss related to concerning S&T policies. NSC Council Meeting June 2002 approved the Taiwan National Science and Technology Program for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, which was given the highest priority support by all ministries with budgets dedicated to nanotechnology R&D. The program was designed to coordinate the efforts from various government agencies which include the Ministry of Economic Affairs, NSC, Ministry of Education, Atomic Energy Council, Environmental Protection Administration, Department of Health and Council of Labor Affairs to enhance interdisciplinary research. It is hoped through this program there will be substantial economic growth and acceleration of nanotechnology developments that improve the quality of life. |
