摘要: | 本研究以polyoxyethylenated stearyl ether, polypropylene glycol, epichlorohydrin為原料合成一系列醚鍵結型非離子性雙分子界面活性劑,且因其構造含有ethylene oxide基團與-OH基團,具有多官能性與機能性。合成產物使用1H-NMR、FTIR與元素分析等方法測定以確認其結構。由性質測試結果顯示,此系列之界面活性劑具有良好的界面性質,包括降低表面張力、pH緩衝能力、滲透濕潤效果及鈣離子的分散能力。應用於直接染料染棉織物上,亦具有緩染效果。
A series of ether-linkage nonionic dimeric surfactants containing multi-hydrophilic groups have been synthesized by the reaction of polyoxyethylenated stearyl ether, polypropylene glycol and epichlorohydrin. 1H-NMR, FTIR and element analysis have been used to confirm the structure of these compounds. These surfactants have been found to exhibit excellent surface active properties including reducing surface tension, pH buffer capacity, wetting power and metallic ions dispersibility. These surfactants have also been found to exhibit the retarding abilities in direct dye-cotton dyeing system. |
