    Title: 特殊傳統顏色藝術品之多頻譜數位典藏研究案(II)

    Abstract: 本研究將擴大上年度以多頻譜影像科技從事數位典藏的範圍,除了繼續將華岡博物館內收藏之名家水墨畫數位化,並擴大材質範圍及於油畫、粉彩及水彩等,尤其挑選色彩特異且鮮豔,難以用傳統ICC流程複製之代表性作品,另外嘗試以多頻譜之特質修復因底材氧化所產生之畫面變黑的水墨畫。同時,將特別發揮多頻譜高色彩分析能力,將本校所收藏不同朝代之青瓷,以多頻譜的方式記錄其影像並分析其釉藥色彩特性,皆為國內嶄新的嘗試與創新。多頻譜影像科技是國際先進國家,近年來大力引進數位典藏的新技術,其特點為提高每一影像畫素的色彩分析與記錄能力(不再只是RGB三色,而是31個可見光波段),透過獨特的色彩校正程序,可以精準的典藏物件本體的表面光譜反射特性,可以突破一般數位相機色域不足的困境,更可以解決不同光源下條件等色的問題,是數位典藏技術的新趨勢。而以此新技術應用在我國特有的典藏內容上,不僅可以更精準的記錄藏品的特色,還可以進一步探究與比較分析更深層的特徵,形成新的知識與學術研究,後續潛力無窮,將是國內數位典藏與世界同步的新突破。
    The unique color representation of oriental art works distinguishes itself from what has been seen in western art works. Not only the traditional oriental water color painting, but also ancient Chinese blue and white porcelain are the major collections digitized in this project. Multi-spectral imaging technology is deployed to capture the color in spectral form. A custom-build spectral camera with X-Y scan bed is used to perform the high precision spectral capture process. The spectral reflectance of each pixel is recorded accordingly. With consequent analysis and process, these collections will be archived with high precision spectral data which can have the advantages to resolve the issue of metamerism and to reproduce the art work under different illuminations. Further research will be carried to rebuild the ancient water color paintings from the faded paper base by spectral analysis. Other material like oil painting, western water color and Chalk Pastel will be sampled for comparison purpose. It is intended to explore the new applications of multi-spectral technology in archiving oriental art work to be in-line with the international trend of applying spectral technology in digital archive.
