    摘要: 伴隨著現代工業化的發展化學科學取得了舉世矚目的成就,但伴隨工業發展所產生的大量廢棄物質亦使得全球的生態環境問題日趨嚴重。紡織產業係我國主要民生產業之一,因此紡織產業所生產之廢棄物佔總廢棄物產量相當大之比例。本研究計畫擬於第一年期針對PP 不織布廢布邊對於地工織物加勁補強織物之補強效益進行研究,尋求最佳之製程加工方式,將可使PP 不織布廢布邊發揮最大之補強效果,具體應用於加勁地工織物用途;研究計劃進入第二年階段更將研究目標鎖定於功能性阻水地工織物的開發,利用特殊機構將皂土複合於地工織物芯層,並利用蜂巢格網賦予織物型態穩定性,將可具體使第一年所獲得之研究經驗進一步發揮,並使地工織物具有特定之阻水功能;第三年期更將針對地工織物的過濾性能進行開發及研究,利用特殊之製備加工方式複合回收木屑層及PET 三維蓬鬆非織物以增進整體之過濾效益,使本研究計劃所開發之地工織物功能性更趨完善。本研究計畫之具體執行,不僅可有效解決並減少這類紡織品的廢棄物,達到環境保護的目的,並能賦予不織布足夠之強度使其應用於地工織物上,無論在於環保概念亦或產品使用過程之永續概念皆具有相當重要之地位。
    The industrial waste result in pollutions is a serious problem for natural environment. The textile industry is one of the primary civil industries. The waste of textile industry was a large amount source of the waste. The waste needed to be reused to decrease the damage for natural environment. In the first year, this plan investigated the reinforced effectiveness of reinforcement geotextile that was reinforced by the waste selvage of polypropylene nonwoven fabric. The reinforced effectiveness was evaluated to gain the optimal process conditions. The reinforcement geotextile with best reinforced effectiveness could be applied to other fields. In the second year, this plan will study the functional water-retardant geotextile. The functional water-retardant geotextile was formed by special structure made of core layer of bentonite and honeycomb geogrid resulted in steady structure. The combination of bentonite and honeycomb geogrid raised the performance in special level of water-retardant. In the second year, this plan will investigate the filter function of the reinforcement geotextile. The combination of recycling wood flour layer and three-dimension bulky nonwoven fabric increased the filter effectiveness of the complex reinforcement geotextile. The application of multi-function reinforcement geotextile was diversified. In this plan, the nonwoven fabric wastes were reused to produce multi-function reinforcement geotextile. The recycling of waste selvage of nonwoven fabric not only decreased the waste of textile, but also increased the value in application of geotextile. The recycling process technology is useful for the environmental protection and soil and water conservation.
