本研究將先針對現行中小企業，特別是新興產業的中小企業融資問題進行瞭解與檢討，同時瞭解新興產業的特性。再針對新興產業中的文化創意、數位內容、觀光旅遊及美食國際化等產業，深入研究其資金取得的問題。另外，在先進英美與鄰近日韓的競爭與挑戰下，參考其對於新興產業所提供的資金取得相關措施，研擬我國新興產業之中小企業資金取得的建議，以供政策參考。
The financing problems of emerging industries of small and medium enterprises will be discussed and reviewed. The characteristics of emerging industries will also be investigated. The major problems encountered by culture creativity, digital content, tourism, international cuisine will be explored specifically. Besides, the financing channels of emerging industries by other competitive countries like British, America, Korea, and Japan will be compared with those of Taiwan. Under the considerations of encountered problems, possible competitors, the suggestions will be proposed for the reference to the government.
