    Abstract: 瞭解桃園三號草苺花芽形成時對光週之需求,以作為建立培育適合早期產量高之育苗體系的基礎。本計畫進行1.桃園三號草苺花芽形成光週之需求性探討:在25/20℃ 下,以光週期8/16小時(光期/暗期),12/12小時及16/8小時,以瞭解草苺花芽形成之光週需求。 2.利用暗中斷法瞭解對桃園三號草苺花芽形成及走莖苗之影響,試驗包括(1)自然光照下,不同苗齡與暗中斷對草苺生育之影響。(2)自然光照下,暗期長短對草苺花芽形成及走莖苗之影響。
    The experiments was conducted to understand the photoperiodism requirement of Taoyung No. 3 strawberry.Exp. 1. Photoperiodism requirement of Taoyung No. 3 strawberry: put the plants under 8/16, 12/12, 16/8 hr (light/dark, hr) and 25/20 ℃condition, to understand photoperiodism requirement of Taoyung No. 3 strawberry. 2. The effects of night interruption on inflorescences formation of Taoyung No. 3 strawberry: a. The effect of night interruption and runner stage on growth and flowering of Taoyuan No. 3 strawberry. b. The effect of dark peroid on growth and flowering of strawberry under natural condition. The result should be a useful data for strawberry nursery, to produce high quality strawberry plants.
