摘要: | 隨著都市化的發展,都市內的土地使用類型也發生了變化,人工建築物及不透水層鋪面取代了原本的綠地,綠地減少也使得都市地區溫度高於周圍環境,形成「都市熱島效應」。然而,影響都市熱島的因素繁多,如何藉由都市中土地使用,分析其對綠地及溫度造成之影響,實為重要之研究課題。
有鑑於此,本研究以台北市為研究範圍,應用衛星遙測技術配合2009年Landsat衛星影像資料計算常態化差異植被指數(NDVI)以及運用國小氣象站之空氣溫度資料,以地理統計法之克里金法分析做為氣候空間的推估,並配合GIS平台做統計空間套疊分析。據此,探究台北市都市土地使用對綠覆率與空氣溫度的影響。最後將郊區測站資料與國小測站資料運算出都市熱島強度並與都市土地使用類型及NDVI指數相互分析,以了解台北市都市熱島效應。
研究結果顯示,台北市都市土地使用現況分為建築使用區、交通使用區、遊憩使用區、工業使用區、農業使用區、特定專用區及其他使用區。就綠覆率而言,台北市NDVI平均值為-0.14,屬於道路型裸露地綠覆面積大概7.5%,其中農業使用區綠覆率最高,而特定專用區綠覆率最低。就空氣溫度而言,台北市土地使用平均溫度約25.63℃,農業使用區及遊憩使用區氣溫較低、特別專用區較高。不同的土地使用方式及綠化程度,對都市空氣溫度有顯著影響,結果顯示綠覆率低,氣溫高,然而遊憩用地綠覆率低,氣溫卻低。就都市熱島而言,台北市熱島強度偏高,平均為0.06℃,其中夏天晚上熱島強度最高為0.78℃;特定專用區夏天晚上熱島強度為最高的1.30℃,其NDVI值也為最低的-0.28,屬於建物範圍綠覆面積大概只有3%。
由上述可知,台北市之綠覆率嚴重之不足,影響著都市熱島,而最能抑制熱環境的遊憩使用區,綠覆率卻只為偏低的廣場型裸露地,綠地面積只佔27.5%,此為未來台北市需改進之處。本研究祈能提供未來都市計劃及抑制都市熱環境蔓延之參考。
According to the development of the urbanization, the land of using of the style had changed, too. The artificial buildings and impervious layer of pavement had replaced by the natural landscape gradually. The natural environment had diminished as the result of the temperature in urban areas is higher than in ambient, and it forms to Metropolis tropical island effect. However, there are many influence reasons to become Metropolis Thermal Island. It is an important research subject to know how to analyze the cause of green space and temperature effects by using the city land.
The findings show that the types of use area in Taipei city are Construction use area, Transportation use area, Amusement and rest use area, Industry use area, Agricultural use area, Specific special-purpose area, and Other use area. According to the green cover rate, the NDVI of Taipei is -0.14. The square measure of green cover area is about 7.5%, and belongs to the type of road with uncovered area. The green cover rate of Agricultural use area is highest otherwise the Industry use area is lowest. To the air temperature, the average temperature is 25.63℃, the temperature of Agricultural use area and Amusement and rest use area are lowest otherwise the Specific special-purpose area is highest. It has the remarkable influence of the city air temperature by different ways of using use area and the different degrees of green cover rate. The result shows that when the green cover rate is low, the air temperature is high. Nevertheless the green cover rate of Amusement and rest use area is low and the air temperature is low, too. The average of Metropolis Thermal Island in Taipei is 0.06℃. In summer night the highest Metropolis Thermal Island in Taipei is 0.71℃. In summer night the highest Metropolis Thermal Island of Industry use area is 0.78℃, and the Specific special-purpose area is 1.30℃. And the quality of NDVI is -0.28. It belongs to the scope of the buildings of the green cover area is about 3%.
Thus it may be known that the green cover rate in Taipei is serious insufficiency. The green cover rate of Amusement and rest use area is partial to the type of plaza with uncovered area. The measure of green area is only about 27.5%. This study hopes can be the reference materials for the future metropolis plan and to inhibit the spread of urban thermal environment. |
