摘要: | 本研究以文化大學生為研究對象,旨在探討服務學習參與態度、心理契約與自我效能之間的關係。本研究依據所蒐集的文獻,加以探討與分析,以瞭解服務學習參與態度、心理契約與自我效內涵,作為研擬本研究的基礎,進而提出服務學習參與態度、心理契約與自我效之研究架構。以「文化大學生背景資料表」、「服務學習參與態度量表」、「心理契約量表」及「自我效能量」作為本研究的主要研究工具,採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集。
取樣範圍以文化大學參與服務學習的十個班級的學生為主要受試者,本研究採用立意抽樣,以實施前、後測的 353份問卷進行統計分析,量化資料以t考驗及單因子組間及單因子組內之二因子混合設計變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法,對於所得資料加以分析整理呈現結果。結果發現:
1. 文化大學生因服務學習課程而在參與態度、心理契約與自我效能具有影響。
2.服務學習參與態度量表、心理契約量表與自我效能量表具有高度的內部一致性信度且因良好建構效度而有不錯的解釋力。
3. 文化大學生在服務學習參與態度、心理契約與自我效能具有正相關。
4. 文化大學生在服務學習參與態度、心理契約對自我效能具有預測力。
This study aims to describe the significant differences of the background variables such as gender, age, etc. among participating attitudes on service learning, psychological contract, and self efficacy for the Chinese Culture University students, to examine the correlation relationship among these three variables-- participating attitudes on service learning, psychological contract, and self efficacy and to predict the accountable variance of dependent variable—self efficacy by the independent variables-- participating attitudes on service learning and psychological contract.
This study use a questionnaire survey with 353 subjects selected by purposive cluster sampling from the Chinese Culture University students who enroll service learning curriculum in 2010 academic year. The instruments include one basic data questionnaire and three scales with high reliability and validity. The statistical methods( such as frequency distribution, Student t test, K-S test, one-way between and one-way within two-way mixed-effect analysis of variance, Pearson correlation, canonical correlation and stepwise regression model, etc. ) are used to test the hypotheses proposed in accordance with the paradigm and related literature.
The result findings are as followed:
1.Service learning curriculum makes somewhat effects on participating attitudes, service learning, psychological contract, and self efficacy for the Chinese Culture University students.
2.The measurements of three scales indicate very high internal consistency reliabilities and good construct validities with high variances explained.
3.There existed positive correlation relationship among participating attitudes on service learning, psychological contract, and self efficacy for the Chinese Culture University students.
4.There are somewhat amounts of predictable variances of the dependable variable-- self efficacy accounted for by the independent variables such as participating attitudes on service learning and psychological contract. |
