      倒立為頭下腳上與一般人體站立型態截然不同的動作,本研究的目的是在探討倒立對人體心率變異度變化之影響,次要目的在探討不同倒立型態對其心率變異度之差異。方法:本研究以16名男性健康大學生作為研究對象,分為8名競技系體操專長大學生(年齡為20.38±1.60 歲、身高為171.25±5.52公分、體重為 63.75±4.43公斤),與8名一般健康大學生(年齡為22.38±2.45歲、身高為172.50±2.98公分、體重為 66.63±4.81公斤)兩組受試者進行實驗。配帶無線心率監測錶 (Polar RS800) 分別進行安靜休息坐姿、倒立板倒立、徒手靠牆倒立為期六分鐘的R-R interval心率變異度資料收集,顯著水準訂為<.05。 結果:在安靜坐姿LFn.u.、LF/HF、HR的指標分析中,一般大學生顯著大於體操專長生。而在HF、HFn.u.指標方面,一般大學生顯著小於體操專長生 (14.23 ± 7.31 ms2 : 32.36 ± 12.10 ms2, p=.004) (p<.05) 、 (29.05 ± 10.00 ms2 : 49.94 ± 12.55ms2, p=.002) (p<.05),達顯著差異水準。在倒立板倒立中,分析心率變異度的七項參數與心跳率都非常接近皆未達顯著差異水準。而體操選手在倒立板倒立與徒手靠牆倒立中HF、LF/HF、HR方面呈顯著差異。結論:在安靜休息坐姿的狀態下,體操運動員有較佳的自律神經系統調控能力;在倒立板倒立中,人體呈現交感神經活動上升,而副交感神經活動下降的趨勢,在此倒立狀態下體操運動員的副交感活性下降幅度較大,有較佳的副交感神經活性;徒手靠牆倒立在心跳率方面,其運動強度高於倒立板倒立。

    Effects of Hand-Standing on Heart Rate Variability

    Abstract
      The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of hand-standing on heart rate variability (HRV), and then to know the difference between varied ways of hand-standing and heart variability. Method: There were sixteen male college students as subjects which were divided into two groups in terms of sport specialty, with an equal number of subjects (N=8) in each group, athlete-students (age: 20.38±1.60 yrs, height: 171.25±5.52 cm, weight: 63.75±4.43 kg) whose specialty in gymnasium in Department of Athletic Performance as well as general students (age: 22.38±2.45 yrs, height: 172.50±2.98 cm, weight: 66.63±4.81 kg). Wearing the wireless heart rate monitor (Polar RS800) was applied to measure R-R interval HRV among sitting-rest, hand-standing with machine, hand-standing against wall and then transmitting the data for computation through transmitter devices (Polar IR interface, Polar Electro Inc, Finland). The significant difference was set as 0.05. The result of the statistical analysis in the indexes of LFn.u., LF/HF, HR in sitting-rest revealed that it was higher for general students than those who are good at gymnasium. However, it showed a significant effect of HF and HFn.u that those who are good at gymnasium was higher than general students (14.23 ± 7.31 ms2 : 32.36 ± 12.10 ms2, p=.004) (p<.05); (29.05 ± 10.00 ms2 : 49.94 ± 12.55ms2, p=.002) (p<.05). The statistical analysis indicated no significant main or interaction effect for seven indexes of HRV and hand-standing with machine. Nevertheless, the results of HF, LF/HF and HR in hand-standing with machine and hand-standing against wall revealed significant difference for gymnasium athletes. Conclusion: In the status of sitting-rest, gymnasium athletes possess better controlling and adjusting abilities in Autonomic Nervous System. Gymnasium athletes own a better parasympathetic activation in hand-standing with machine. HRV in hand-standing was higher than with machine in the exercise intensity.
