    摘要: 這是一段關於「我」的生命旅程的揭示,透過自我敘說歷程,研究者嘗試回答其生命何以從過往有向外開展、追尋的動力,演變成內心空洞無期望感,企圖重新看見過往為自己所忽略、輕視貶抑的「我」,重新面對自己的生成、流浪及尋尋覓覓生命意義過程中的挫敗、無力,進而重拾起碎片般的生命,確立「我」的存在,體悟存在就是價值,繼續我的生命旅程。
    本篇論文中,第一章說明研究動機與目的及研究問題,第二章為研究方法,第三章為研究者的生命故事,第四章為研究者的反思和生命主題,第五章為研究者的家族故事以及和家人對話後的新理解,第六章為研究歷程,第七章為論述,第八章為總結。
    在自我敘說歷程中,看到研究者進入敘說前,內心的反覆掙扎交戰,敘說過程中自我對話、辯證,以及敘說後一再回觀、辨識生命意義。最終研究者期望在這個讓自我內在多重紛雜聲音呈現,並傾聽它們的過程中,實踐接受如其所是的自己、將閉鎖的心打開,進一步能回過頭理解研究者的家人,也從糾結的家庭關係中脫離出來。

    This is a study about revealing the journey of “I” life. Through the self-narrative process the researcher tries to answer why in the past she had had energy to pursue what she likes but then she felt empty and had little expectations for life. The researcher tries to face the ignored and despised her, so she begins to look back her becoming and wandering, and to face her defeat and weakness, trying to find out those meanings in her life. In the end of the process she realizes that being is its value and keeps going on her life.
    The chapter one describes the motivation, purpose and questions of this research. The chapter two states the research method. The chapter three is the researcher's life story, and the fourth is the reflections and the life themes of the researcher. The fifth is the researcher's family stories and dialogues with her families. And she gains a new understanding about her families. The sixth is the process of this study, and the seventh states the discourse. The eighth is the conclusion.
    In the self-narrative process, from the beginning the researcher had her inner struggles, dialogues and dialectics, and then looked back and identified the meaning of life. Till the end she listens to her inner multiple voices, gets her inner authority, opens her heart and accepts just who she is. Furthermore, she can as well understand her family and depart from the tangled family relationship.
