    題名: 靜電紡絲纖維排列均齊性之研究

    摘要: 本實驗利用雙接地電極的方式,以聚丙烯腈(Polyacrylonitrile)為材料進行靜電紡絲,製備出具有平行性排列的高分子奈米纖維。本實驗分為兩部分,第一部分,利用水平與垂直兩種靜電紡絲機構進行纖維沈積,並分別對雙電極間距1cm、3cm、5cm三種距離持續沈積15分鐘、30分鐘、1小時、2小時後,以掃描式電子顯微鏡對纖維排列結構狀況進行觀察。第二部分,以聚酯紡黏不織布為基布,在雙電極間隔為3公分的條件下,以垂直式紡絲法持續累積2小時後貼合製成90度夾角與45度夾角的疊層順向纖維,並對其在0.05、0.10、0.20、0.30、0.40μm五種NaCl粒徑下測量奈米纖維在不同排列角度下的影響。結果表示,水平式靜電紡絲的纖維角度分佈較垂直式靜電紡絲為小,且纖維的順向度會隨著時間的變化而增加,但在1~2小時過後變化幅度會開始趨於平緩。在濾效方面,45度夾角的順向奈米纖維的濾效與90度夾角的順向奈米纖維在測試粒徑中的濾效分別為29.16%與27.28%,但在壓降上則分別為40.1mmH2O與26.6mmH2O。
    In the study, we used polyacrylonitrile to produced uniaxially aligned polymer nano-fibers by performing electrospinning method which makes use of a collector consisting of two pieces of electrically conductive substrates separated. In our investigation, we used two kinds of electrospinning laboratory mechanism to spinning our fibers. We used SEM to observe the fiber arrangement for this two condition such that : (1) the distance of deposition electrode was controlled at 1cm、3cm、5cm. (2) the deposition time was maintain in 15min、30min、1hour、2hours. We produced the uniaxially aligned double layer nano-fibers, which exhibited two array angles, 45.0 and 90.0 degree, by performing the vertical type electrospinning system in 2 hours and two pieces of electrically conductive substrates separated by 3cm. We investigated the filter efficiency of nano-fiber by using NaCl particles 5 different diameters at different array angle. In our study, the array angle distribution of the nano-filbers which made from vertical type electrospinning system is smaller than that from horizontal type electrospinning system. But the fiber orientation will be changed in time scale. After 1 to 2 hours, the Fiber orientation angle will reduce to a constant value. Moreover, the penetrating particle size of 45 degree and 90 degree uniaxially aligned nano-fibers are 29.16% and 27.18%, but the values of pressure drop are 40.1mmH2O and 26.6mmH2O separately
