摘要: | 本研究探討一般消費者於電子交易中承擔了無店舖交易風險,更進一步研究其消費者消費行為,在一些異常的消費行為可能造成供應商的營運風險,經由間接文獻之引用及邏輯之推理,發現於過往的交易紀錄中隱含了部分參考資訊。
本研究是分析某電子商務服務廠商過往半年之歷史交易紀錄,共約六萬五千多筆。透過資料探勘技術與統計方法,進行異常交易分析。
結果本研究發現,在交易過程中商品成本與售價與異常交易呈現正相關,因此,可提供企業於建立風險模型時參考使用。
此類型電子商務交易廠商對於所屬會員之基本個人與財務資料之掌控程度不如一般大型金融機構,建議可搭配客戶關係管理系統補強。
