    Title: 自閉症青少年家人對福利服務認知與需求之研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討不同的個人、家庭與社會環境變項之自閉症青少年的照顧者對於福利服務認知與需求之情形,並進一步瞭解其對於福利服務之認知與需求是否有顯著之差異與相關性。

    本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為臺灣地區青少年自閉症之照顧者,經立意抽樣,實得131份有效樣本,所得資料分別以次數分配、百分率、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關,及逐步多元迴歸分析統計方法進行分析。

    問卷調查結果,經由統計分析:青少年自閉症之主要照顧者為母親比例為71.8%;年齡為40-49歲的比例為61.0%;婚姻狀況多為已婚,比例為87.0%;學歷最多為高中職畢業29.8%;其工作類型為沒有工作佔34.4%,而研究假設經驗證結果如下:
    假設1.青少年自閉症之照顧者的個人變項之不同,其對社會福利服務之認知有顯著差異,獲部分支持。
    假設2.青少年自閉症之照顧者的家庭變項之不同,其對社會福利服務 之認知有顯著差異,獲部分支持。
    假設3.青少年自閉症之照顧者的社會環境變項之不同,其對社會福利服務之認知有顯著差異,獲部分支持。
    假設4.青少年自閉症之照顧者的個人變項之不同,其對社會福利服務 之認需求有顯著差異,獲部分支持。
    假設5.青少年自閉症之照顧者的家庭變項之不同,其對社會福利服務之需求有顯著差異,獲部分支持。
    假設6.青少年自閉症之照顧者的社會環境變項之不同,其對社會福利 服務之需求有顯著差異,獲部分支持。
    假設7.青少年自閉症之照顧者的個人、家庭、社會環境變項與社會福利服務認知與需求有顯著相關。
    假設8.青少年自閉症之照顧者的個人、家庭、社會環境變項對於預測社會福利服務認知與需求,分別有51.8%及61.1%之解釋能力。

    根據研究結果提出討論與建議,以供家長、教師、學校教育、家庭親職教育、教育行政機關及未來研究之參考。

    This study aims to examine that different individual, family, and social environment variables of adolescent infantile autisms’ caretakers can affect their cognition and need of social welfare. Further know if there is any relation between various of adolescent infantile autisms’ caretakers and their cognition and need of social welfare.
    This study adopted a questionnaire method to survey appropriate samples of the adolescent infantile autisms in Taiwan. There were 131 effective samples gathered after purposive sampling. The methods of statistical analysis such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used in the study.
    The analysis of the data revealed the following main conclusions: 71.8% samples are adolescent infantile autisms’ mother; 61.0% samples’ age are between 40 and 49 years old; 87.0% samples are married; 29.8% samples are with an educational background of senior high school and vocational senior high school; 34.4% samples are with no job. Research assumption were verified as follows:
    Hypothesis 1:There is a significant association between the individual variables of the caretakers of adolescent infantile autisms and their cognition of social welfare, which is partially supported.
    Hypothesis 2:There is a significant association between the family variables of the caretakers of adolescent infantile autisms and their cognition of social welfare, which is partially supported.
    Hypothesis 3:There is a significant association between the social environment variables of the caretakers of adolescent infantile autisms and their cognition of social welfare, which is partially supported.
    Hypothesis 4:There is a significant association between the individual variables of the caretakers of adolescent infantile autisms and their need of social welfare, which is partially supported.
    Hypothesis 5:There is a significant association between the family variables of the caretakers of adolescent infantile autisms and their need of social welfare, which is partially supported.
    Hypothesis 6:There is a significant association between the social environment variables of the caretakers of adolescent infantile autisms and their need of social welfare, which is partially supported.
    Hypothesis 7:There are significant correlations between individual, family, and social environment variables of adolescent infantile autisms’ caretakers and their cognition and need of social welfare.
    Hypothesis 8:The interpreted degree that individual, family, and social environment variables of adolescent infantile autisms’ caretakers can predict the change of their cognition and need of social welfare were 51.8% and 61.1% respectively.
    The study proposes some suggestions based on its findings, which are useful to serve as a reference to parents, teachers, educators, and parent education specialists, government organizations in the future.
