本研究主要目的在於提出適合且優質之台灣地區民營老人安養機構經營管理策略,有鑑於台北市為台灣首都且老人安養機構評鑑及品質亦最為完善,因此選擇台北市作為空間研究範圍。
另在案例選擇上,透過市場區隔理論,以北、中部地區優質老人安養機構經營管理機制作為適合策略參考,並針對台北市優質老人安養機構的經營管理者、執行者及入住顧客嚴加判斷,擇出適合及最優質之經營管理策略,據此擬定AHP問卷;相反的,以評鑑甲等以下案例作為一般老人安養機構經營管理策略建議。
最後,利用Expert Choice 2000 for Windows及Microsoft Office Excel 2003電腦軟體進行AHP問卷測試,並且判斷其一致性,研究結果顯示產、官、學界皆以顧客構面為最佳,產業界優先考量「老人安養機構應協助高齡者獨立自主與體認自我價值」的能力;而官、學界則是以「在產品設計上,應提供兼具生活照顧、健康管理、休閒養生及專業諮詢服務」的策略為最佳。
The main purpose of the study is to propose suitable and high-quality management strategy for the private nursing homes in Taiwan. With the best evaluation and sound system for the nursing homes, Taipei, the capital in Taiwan, is considered to be the best choice for this research.
Based on the market segmentation theory, I took the management mechanism from some high-quality nursing homes in the north and central region of Taiwan for reference, and carefully selected the information among the owners, staffs, and customers in Taipei’s qualified nursing homes to make AHP questionnaire. In contrast, I suggested second-rate strategies are sufficient to run general nursing homes.
Finally, I used Expert Choice 2000 for Windows and Microsoft Office Excel 2003 to carry out the testing of AHP questionnaire and determine its consistency. The results all indicate that the perspective of customers should be the first consideration for the nursing homes. In conclusion, the nursing institutions should assist the elderly to be independent and appreciate themselves. The government and the scholars should focus on nursing, health management, leisure when designing products, and provide senior citizens professional consulting service.
