    摘要: 目的:本研究旨在探討高強度迴轉速訓練對短距離自由車選手無氧運動表現之影響。方法:以14名大專自由車選手為受試者,共分兩組;平均年齡19 ± 1.35歲,身高176.6 ± 7.22公分,體重75.42 ± 7.87公斤,運動年齡(year pro)6.78 ± 1.71年。共進行四週,每週三次高強度間歇訓練(第一組衝刺30秒、休息20秒、每組衝刺7次;第二組衝刺30秒、休息20秒、每組衝刺5次),皆為5組,每組中間休息5分鐘,所有受試對象於實驗前、後皆進行無氧運動能力測驗,以及一公里競速之專項測驗。所得的資料以SPSS18.0獨立樣本t檢定、相依樣本t檢定及混合二因子分析比較,α值設定為.05。結果:四週訓練後,無氧運動能力第二組顯著優於第一組,在最高無氧動力、無氧能力、平均無氧動力、疲勞指數皆有達顯著差異(p< .05),運動專項一公里競速訓練後,兩組專項成績未達顯著差異;但第二組平均差異+0.3(秒)。結論:四週高強度迴轉速訓練,有助提升無氧運動能力;且衝刺訓練5次之訓練效果更優於衝刺7次。以衝刺30秒,每組衝刺5次,共5組的訓練方式,對無氧能力與一公里競速專項運動表現是有提升效果。
    Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of a four-week high-intensity cadence training on anaerobic performance of short-distance cycling athletes. Methods: Subjects were 14 male cycling student-athletes (age: 19 ± 1.35 years; height: 176.6 ± 7.22 cm; weight: 75.42 ± 7.87 kg; year pro: 6.78 ± 1.71 year) who were randomly divided into high-intensity cadence group (FHICG) (n=7) and second high-intensity cadence group (SHICG) (n=7). All subjects followed the 30-second high-intensity interval training with 5-minute recovery between each set for 5 sets repeatedly, three times a week for 4 weeks. FHICG accepted 30-second sprint training with 20-second duration of rest, and 7 times per set; meanwhile, SHICG followed sprint 30 seconds with rest 20 second, and 5 times per set. Pre- and post-test including anaerobic performance test, 1-km specific cycling sprint test. The data was analyzed by mixed design two-way ANOVA. The alpha level for all tests was set at α= 05. Results: After a four-week high cadence training, the average scores of anaerobic performance in SHICG were higher than the FHICG. Moreover, the results of peak anaerobic power, anaerobic capability, average anaerobic power, and fatigue index showed all significant difference between pre-test and post test in both two groups (p<.05). But, it also revealed that specific 1-km cycling sprint has no significant difference (p<.05). Conclusion: Four-week high intensity cadence training improves anaerobic capability, and 5-time sprint is better than 7 times. Therefore, the training model of 30-second high-intensity interval training with 5-time sprints per set for 5 sets efficit training effectsion anaerobic capability and specific 1-km cycling sprint.
