    論文提要內容:
    隨著產業環境快速變化及網際網路普及,由製造端、供應端及顧客端串連而成的複雜的電子商務體系,為企業帶來可觀獲利及提升彼此間資訊互通上的便利。企業藉由電子化交易平台後,使得B2B電子商務交易活動更加熱絡,強化了彼此依賴關係及創造競爭優勢。
    在政府積極推動「體系企業間電子化計畫」,於2006年導入產業電子化標準交易平台(TAMIvas),可讓體系廠商透過網路直接進行電子化採購作業,供應商累計達200家以上。本研究主要探討供應商使用產業電子化之標準交易平台後,對電子化採購效益與供應商績效之影響及平台未來運作及發展之探討,以提供政府及業者在未來推動相關產業電子化之參考方向。
    本研究主要以機械業供應商為研究對象,經由相關文獻探討、問卷調查及統計分析後,結論發現歸納如下:(1)供應商使用TAMIvas平台比一般交易平台,其採購作業流程面較佳;(2)供應商使用TAMIvas平台比一般交易平台,其資訊整合面較佳;(3)供應商使用TAMIvas平台比一般交易平台,其成本與交期面較佳;(4)供應商使用TAMIvas平台比一般交易平台,其顧客服務面較佳;(5)供應商使用TAMIvas平台比一般交易平台,其彈性與創新面較佳。建議應持續整合不同產業,從資訊流、物流、金流等三方面強化平台功能,讓使用業者感受到更便利的加值服務,加深供應商對產業標準化電子交易平台的使用程度。

    A study of relationship between electronic transaction platform and supply chain performance-An example of TAMIvas systems

    ABSTRACT
    With quickly development of the internet, it brings lots of profit to the corpora-tions and the convenience of e-business system. E-business links to interaction of man-ufactures, suppliers and customers. The corporations used e-transaction to make B2B e-business transact more often, enhance the reliance on each other, and create the com-petitive advantage.
    After the government promoted “The electronic planning among the corporations” the TAMInet Value-Added Solution (TAMIvas) implemented in 2006. The project al-lows corporations to use electronic procurement directly through the internet and there has been already accumulated over 200 suppliers. The research aims to discuss elec-tronic procurement effectiveness, suppliers’ performance impact and future develop-ment for those suppliers using TAMIvas. The result provides government and corpora-tions the direction of future development to promote e-industrialization.
    This research mainly takes the machinery industry supplier as the object of study. After related literature discussion, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the con-clusion is as follows:
    (1) Compared with traditional platform, the purchase work flow of TAMIvas is better for suppliers.
    (2) Compared with traditional platform, the information conformity of TAMIvas is bet-ter for suppliers.
    (3) Compared with traditional platform, the cost and the delivery date of TAMIvas are better for suppliers.
    (4) Compared with traditional platform, the customer service of TAMIvas is better for suppliers.
    (5) Compared with traditional platform, the elasticity and the innovation of TAMIvas are better for suppliers.
    It is suggested to continuously integrate different industries and strengthen the platform function from three aspects of information flow, logistic process, and cash flow, so as to provide enterprises a smoother value-added service and increase suppliers’ fre-quency of using TAMIvas.
