摘要:	本研究旨在探究一位身心障礙者的生命經驗與藝術創作引發自我療癒的經驗。本研究藉由詮釋現象學方法論的哲學理念與觀點來詮釋經驗現象的本質及深層的意義。本研究針對一位身心障礙者進行半結構式的訪談。研究分析資料除了訪談文本，另外包含研究札記、照片等，進行文本的主題分析。研究結果得到身心障礙者的經驗本質詮釋為：一、驟變的生命節奏；二、跌落谷底的歲月；三、結蛹苦熬待重生；四、生命契機的降臨；五、人生旅途轉彎處；六、游移兩難的掙扎；七、生命無常的崩解；八、破繭而出的蛻變；九、幻化展翅的彩蝶。基於上述的主題分析結果，與相關理論進行對話，以及透過研究者互為主體的反思，對研究受訪者生命的回應與省思。最後針對輔導實務工作、未來相關研究及生活美學實踐，提供建議供參考。 This study was to explore the self-healing experiences of the person with disabilities by experiencing art therapy. This study is to interpret the nature of phenomenon and deeper meaning by adopting phenomenological methodology approach. This study is a semi-structured interview with a person with disabilities. The material of this study includes interview text, research notebook, and pictures. The interpretation of interviewing a disabled includes: 1. Sudden change of life. 2. Dark valley. 3. Waiting for re-born. 4. The opportunities of new life coming. 5. The corner of life journey. 6. Struggle and being in a dilemma. 7. Disintegration of life. 8. The metamorphosis process. 9. Transform to a beautiful butterfly. Based on the above subject analysis with the relevant theories, the reflection of the researcher, and the life review and reflection of the interviewee. Finally, the researcher provided some suggestions for counseling practice, future research and aesthetics for reference.
