    Title: 以混練法製備聚對聚乳酸/奈米雲母、二氧化矽、二氧化鈦複合材料之研究

    Abstract: 本論文旨在討論PLA樹脂與奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母形成之奈米複合材料之加工製程、物理性質、機械性質與熱性質之研究。利用混煉法製備PLA樹脂/奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母之奈米複合材料,混煉時以不同含量重量百分比之奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母進行混煉。探討成形後不同含量重量百分比的PLA樹脂/奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母之傅立葉紅外線光譜測試、XRD測試、物理性質、機械性質〈硬度、抗張測試與DMA〉、熱性質〈TMA、TGA、DSC與HDT〉與改善PLA樹脂性質程度差異。
    實驗結果得知,經由傅立葉紅外線光譜測試〈FTIR〉和SEM的測試中,可以看到奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母使PLA複合材料表面受力均勻;在XRD測試中可以看出PLA含有奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母;PLA樹脂添加奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母粉末確實會有效提升PLA樹脂的物理性質,在TEM中可以看出奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母在PLA中有良好的分散性;在機械性質測試中,結果顯示抗張強度、抗張模數與硬度皆有效提升;在DSC測試中,Tg點和Tm點不會隨著奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母的添加而改變;在熱性質方面,隨著奈米二氧化矽、奈米二氧化鈦與奈米雲母添加量的增加,耐熱性效果提升更為顯著。

    This paper aime to discuss the PLA resin and nano silica, nano titanium
    dioxide and nano mica composites formed by the processing process, physical properties, mechanical and thermal properties of. Prepard by mixing PLA resin/nano silica, nano titanium dioxide and nano mica nano composites with different content when mixing weight percent of nano silica, nano mica and nano titanium dioxide by mixing.
    After forming the different levels of weight percent of the PLA resin/
    nano silica, nano mica and nano titanium dioxide and FTIR spectroscopy,
    XRD test, physical properties, mechanical properties , thermal properties PLA resin properties and improve the degree of difference.
    Experimental results show that, by Fourier infrared spectroscopy and SEMtest, you can see nano silica, nano titanium dioxide and nano mica composite material to the surface of PLA force uniform; tests can be seen in the XRD the PLA containing nano silica, nano titanium dioxide and nano mica; PLA resin, adding nano silica, nano mica and nano titanium dioxide powder does effectively improve the physical of PLA resin, can be seen in the TEM nano silica, nano titanium dioxide and nano
    mica in the PLA has a good dispersion; the mechanical properties test, the
    results show that tensile strength, tensile modulus and hardness are effectively improve; in the DSC test, Tg point and Tm point will not vary with nano silica, nano mica and nano titanium dioxide to add and change; in thermal properties with the nano silica, nano mica and nano titanium dioxide and the increase in the amount of mica added, heat effect is more significant upgrade.
