摘要: | 兔尾草(Uraria crinita (L.) Desv. Ex DC.)屬於豆科(Leguminosae) 兔尾草屬(Uraria)植物,多年生草本。廣泛分布於中國大陸南部、海南島、香港、泰國、緬甸、菲律賓、日本及台灣等地。
兔尾草全草經乾燥後粉碎,加入95 %乙醇,於室溫下萃取三次,經過濾、合併、減壓濃縮後取得乙醇抽取物,再將乙醇抽取物用乙酸乙酯與水分配萃取,得乙酸乙酯層濃縮物。乙酸乙酯層經由silica gel和sephadex管柱層析及RP-18 HPLC交替進行,並依不同溶劑系統做梯度沖提,將其有效成份分離純化。經光譜資料之分析,共分離出 8 個化合物,鑑定其結構分別為醯胺類化合物1個:aurantiamide acetate (1);不飽和脂肪酸化合物3個:(10E,12E)-9-oxo-10,12- octadecadienoic acid (2)、(9E,11E)-13-oxo-9,11-octadecadienoic acid (3)和(10E,12E)-9-hydroxy-10,12-octadecadienoic acid (4);內醯胺化合物1個:methyl 1-acetyl-5-oxoprolinate (5);胺基酸化合物1個:proline (6);吡啶類化合物1個:pyridine-4-carbaldehyde (7)及三萜類化合物1個為新化合物 (8)。
Uraria crinita (L.) Desv. Ex DC. (Leguminosae) is a perennial herb. It is widely distributed throughout southern China, Hainan Island, Hong Kong, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines, Japan, and Taiwan.
Uraria crinita (L.) Desv. Ex DC. was extracted three times with
95 % ethanol at room temperature. The 95 % ethanol extract was filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The concentrated EtOH extract was partitioned between EtOAc and H2O. The combined EtOAc layer was then concentrated to yield the crude extract. The EtOAc crude extract was further isolated and purified by repeated chromatographic analysis including silica gel columns, sephadex columns and RP-18 HPLC.
In this thesis, eight compounds were isolated from Uraria crinita (L.) Desv. Ex DC. including one amide [aurantiamide acetate (1)], three unsaturated fatty acid [(10E,12E)-9-oxo-10,12-octadecadienoic acid (2)、(9E,11E)-13-oxo-9,11-octadecadienoic acid (3) and(10E,12E)-9-hydroxy- 10,12-octadecadienoic acid (4)], one lactam [methyl 1-acetyl-5- oxoprolinate (5)], one amino acid [proline (6)], one pyridine [pyridine-4- carbaldehyde (7)] and one new triterpene (8). |
