由於女性勞動力參與的增加,社會職場人口結構改變,導致職場戀情日益普遍趨勢化,且此一概念對於組織是正面或負面影響之問題,在研究上皆尚未獲得明確的共識。且在國內研究多屬於報章雜誌與新聞之報導,尚未有從學術性觀點進行探討,故此議題有其深入探討之必要性。 本研究之樣本以天下雜誌2010年公佈之台灣五百大服務業上班族為抽樣母體對象,並以簡單隨機抽樣之亂數表中抽取20間企業,再透過電話撥打方式詢問是否有意願填寫問卷與其願意填寫份數做為抽樣母體樣本,同時以隨問卷發送回郵信封之方式回收問卷,共回收有效問卷322份,透過敘述性統計分析、驗證性因素分析、信度分析、相關分析、徑路分析進行檢定與分析。 研究結果顯示,職場戀情會影響員工互動進而影響角色內行為,結果變項間呈現顯著正相關。最後,本研究依據研究結果,針對職場戀情實務之後續學術研究提出相關建議之說明。
The gender composition of the employed population is affected due to the increase of the female labor participation rate. Thus workplace romances become more popular relatively. However, there is no consensus among researches of the issue whether there is positive or negative effect caused by the workplace romance. Moreover, the local points of views mostly come from newspapers and magazines merely. There are no analytical researches that have studied locally the issue of the effects of workplace romances. Hence, this issue is valuable to the public to proceed with some academic researches. The parent population of the study comes from employees working in the top 500 companies of the tertiary industry in Taiwan, which the list is published from Commonwealth Magazine in 2010. Twenty companies of the list were chosen randomly to be asked if their employees would like to complete the questionnaire designed for this study. 322 questionnaires were completed successfully. Descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis of the relationship are used throughout data analysis in a number of different ways. The results of this study reveal that workplace romances influence coworkers' relations to the in-role behavior as the significant positive correlation exists between variables collected. Based on the conclusion of this study, follow-up studies are suggested for the future research of workplace romances.
