    Title: 宗教休閒參與和生活滿意度之關係－以天主教徒為例

    Abstract: 宗教能撫慰人類的心靈，給予安全感、信心和生命意義，目前台灣宗教活動一片生氣盎然，以展新的面貌活躍在社會的各個階層，且蓬勃發展，台灣宗教信仰相關活動，在社會上一直以來扮演著相當重要的角色，而休閒就是在工作時間之外的時間裡，從事自己所喜愛的活動。本研究針對天主教徒之宗教休閒參與、宗教休閒體驗與生活滿意度之關係進行實證研究；並採用滾雪球抽樣進行問卷調查，以全台灣18歲以上之天主教徒為研究對象；分析工具使用18.0版統計軟體。
    本研究共計發放450份問卷，總計有效樣本共432份。研究結果發現：一、台灣天主教徒之宗教休閒參與正向影響生活滿意度；二、台灣天主教徒之宗教休閒體驗正向影響生活滿意度；三、台灣天主教徒之宗教休閒參與正向影響宗教休閒體驗。期望研究結果能提供相關機構有一實證，及對宗教休閒活動有興趣之研究者有一參考依據。

    Religion can soothe the human soul, giving the sense of security, confidence and life’s meaning. Nowadays, religious activities using new aspect to be active in every class of society animating in Taiwan, and it is also flourish. The related religious activities in Taiwan are always playing an important role in society. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to understand the relationship with religious leisure participation, religious leisure experience, and life satisfaction. This adopt with snowball sampling. The catholic in Taiwan is the research subject. SPSS18.0 is used for the data analysis.
    . A total of 432 questionnaires were valid. The result showed religious leisure participation has a positive influence to life satisfaction for the catholic in Taiwan, religious leisure experience has a positive influence to life satisfaction for the catholic in Taiwan, and religious leisure participation has a positive influence to religious leisure experience for the catholic in Taiwan. The result of this study is expected to provide relevant institution, future researcher, and people who is interested in religion activities as reference.
