摘要: | 本文動機源於研究者本身之喪親經驗,以及在研究所期間對表達性藝術治療修習之經驗。因此,本文旨在發展一份以藝術治療為介入方式,並以Neimeyer意義重建模式為悲傷輔導基礎的喪親大學生悲傷輔導團體之方案。此外,本研究亦探討藝術治療如何應用在悲傷輔導團體當中來協助喪親大學生。
本研究方法採用行動研究法,以團體諮商的方式進行,團體成員有五人,團體過程中全程錄影錄音,並邀請成員於團體後接受訪談,在研究最後對影音資料和訪談內容進行資料整理與分析。
研究結果產出三項發現:
1. 成員參與團體後發現並整理出13種意義。
2. 藝術治療對意義重建歷程有其助益。
3. 悲傷的過程非直線路徑。
最後,本研究總結藝術治療可以有效協助喪親大學生,並且呈現悲傷藝術治療團體方案之修改歷程,以及提出如何建構一份悲傷藝術治療團體方案之具體建議。
The study motivation was initiated from the researcher who has both bereaved experience and expressive arts therapy learning experience. The first research aim is to develop an art group therapy program for bereaved college students that is based on Neimeyer’s meaning reconstruction model. The secondary aim is to explore how expressive arts therapy could be applied to bereaved college students in a group setting.
The action research method was applied in this study conducted in the structure of group counseling. There were five members in the research group. Video and audio recorded all group process as well as interviews with participants for data transcription and analysis.
There are three main findings:
1. After the group counseling, 13 meanings were discovered and developed from members’ experience.
2. Art therapy helps the process of meaning reconstruction.
3. The process of grief is non-linear.
Finally, the study concluded that art therapy could be effective in helping bereaved college students and demonstrated a modification process of a grief art therapy program. The study also constructed a specific recommendation for designing Grief Art Therapy Group. |
