    Title: 職場戀情、員工互動與組織公民行為之研究

    Abstract: 關於職場戀情,不論是從實務或學術的角度上來看,都獲得一定的重視及關注,但在國內的研究中,職場戀情多是新聞或報章雜誌之報導,鮮少以學術的觀點來進行探討,因此職場戀情便成為一項值得研究的議題。為了更瞭解職場戀情此議題,本研究將探討職場戀情影響員工互動進而影響組織公民行為之邏輯關係。
    本研究樣本為天下雜誌2010年第446期的台灣五百大服務業做為抽樣母體對象,並用亂數表來進行簡單隨機抽樣,從中抽取20間公司來進行發放問卷的動作。共回收有效問卷312份。透過敘述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析、徑路分析進行檢定與分析。
    初步研究結果顯示,職場戀情會影響員工互動且會進一步影響組織公民行為。最後,本研究根據研究結果,針對管理實務以及後續學術研究方面提出相關建議之說明。

    On workplace romance, whether from the practice point of view or academic are given some attention and concern, but in domestic research workplace romance are most on the news reports, newspapers, academic point of view rarely discussed. Therefore, workplace romance has become a topic worthy of study. Order to better understand the issue of workplace romance, this study will explore the logical relationship between workplace romance, coworker relations and the organizational citizenship behavior.
    The study samples was from 2010 CommonWealth Magazine the 446th Taiwan’s five hundred service industry sample of population object and use the random number table to simple random sampling, from which 20 companies selected to distribute the questionnaire to the action. The effective questionnaire all is 325. Through Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, and Path Analysis for testing and analysis.
    Preliminary results show that workplace romances will affect the interaction between Workers and will further affect the organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, the research provides several suggestions for management and academic research.
