    摘要: 本研究將不鏽鋼金屬纖維紗線製作發熱片進行溫度效益之測試;本研究分為兩大部分,第一部分為單片發熱片之材料選擇及佈線設計改變觀察其發熱溫度之效益,亦即不鏽鋼金屬纖維紗線根數、間距、佈線圖形、匹配布種為實驗控制變因,交互匹配達到最佳發熱溫度之條件。第二部分為將最佳條件之發熱片應用至人體穿著,探討不同擺放位置對其發熱溫度之效益。本研究最為成功匹配之發熱片為不鏽鋼金屬纖維1000雙股紗雙U型發熱片匹配布種3,擺放位置於背部,電流值0.8A時有最佳值,最高溫度比未添加發熱片溫度高9.82℃其值為40.67℃、平均溫度比未添加發熱片溫度高5.27℃其值為32.69℃。

    The research is to test the temperature benefit of heating element make of stainless steel fiber. This research has two main parts, first part will observe the benefit of giving off heat temperature by changing the material and design of pattern, which is number of yarns used, spacing, pattern and matching of cloths that will cause change of the research or interactive match that will reach the best giving temperature benefit. The second part is to apply the best heating elements to human body wears, and to observe the benefit of giving off heat in different part of body. The result shows that the best heat element is the stainless steel fiber with 1000 double yarn double U shape heating element match with cloth 3, position at the back of body, at the current of 0.8A has the best reading. The highest temperature is 9.82℃ higher than without adding the heating element which is 40.67℃, average temperature is 5.27℃ higher than without adding the heating element which is 32.69℃.
