本研究主要目的在探討新竹市基層地方里長社區危機事件服務現況、工作壓力及辦理社區心理衛生活動動機之情形,研究工具採研究者自編之社區危機事件現況調查、社區心理衛生需求、工作壓力及辦理社區心理衛生活動動機等問卷及量表。
研究之預試樣本採立意抽樣,以新竹市東區30名里長,做為預試樣本;之後針對新竹市(東區、北區、香山區)樣本進行調查。正式樣本中,里長總數115人(男性:107人;女性:8人),問卷於民國100年3月全部施測完畢,並以SPSS For Windows 18.0進行描性統計呈現新竹市基層地方社區危機事件服務現況、心理衛生現況及需求,以獨立樣本t檢定及ANOVA變異數分析探討不同背景變項之基層里長的工作壓力及辦理心理衛生活動動機的差異,再以同時多元迴歸分析不同背景變項之基層里長以及工作壓力與辦理社區心理衛生活動動機的聯合預測力。
本研究結果發現:
一、 不同服務年資、不同服務行政區域、不同教育程度的基層里長,在社區危機事件現況、社區心理衛生需求上的看法是不同的。
二、受試里長可接受的諮商費用與專家的收費標準不相符。
三、不同年資、不同行政區域、不同教育程度的基層里長在「工作壓力」的感受並沒有顯著差異存在。
四、不同年資、不同行政區域、不同教育程度的基層里長在「辦理社區心理衛生活動」動機並沒有顯著差異存在。
五、不同背景之基層地方里長和工作壓力對於辦理社區心理衛生活動動機並沒有顯著的預測力。
研究者依據研究結果提出下列相關建議:
一、落實每里皆有一固定集會所及活動中心。
二、培訓基層地方里長為心理衛生種籽心理衛生人員。
三、整合資源建立社區心理衛生的服務輸送網絡。
四、瞭解基層地方心理衛生需求,規劃符合在地文化的心理衛生方案與活動。
五、推廣基層地方心理衛生教育。
六、重視基層里長在社區心理衛生服務過程中的成長。
七、重視心理諮商與治療的重要性以及收費的標準。
八、在未來研究建議上可將研究母群體擴大至其他縣市或全國;未來研究問卷的 內容能以問卷的主題深度來取代問卷主題的廣度;採行質與量並重的研究方法。
Abstract
The primary objective of this research was to study the conditions of the current community crisis service, work pressure, and the motivation of conducting mental health activities, which are supervised by the village chiefs of Hsinchu City. The results for the current community crisis service, work pressure, and the motivation of conducting mental health activities were compiled through respective surveys and scales produced and conducted by the researcher.
The initial sample research included thirty randomly chosen village chiefs in Hsinchu City of the Eastern District, which was followed by surveys conducted for Eastern, Northern, and Hsiang-Shan District. The official research included a total number of 115 participants(107 males and 8 females). The research was completed in March 2011. Descriptive statistics under SPSS for Windows 18.0 was adopted to show the condition of the current community crisis service, and the mental health development and need. In addition, with independent sample T test and analysis of variance, ANOVA, diverse work pressure undergone by village chiefs with different background variables, and the motivation of conducting mental health activities were analyzed. Multiple simultaneous regression analysis was performed to examine basic level personnel with diverse background variables, and the predictive ability for work pressure and the motivation of conducting mental health activities.
The following are the conclusions drawn from this research:
1.The aspects for the current community crisis status and the need for mental health activities differ in terms of different seniority, administrative regions, and educational backgrounds of the village chiefs.
2.The acceptable consultation fee for probational village chiefs fails to match the standard fee charged by a professional.
3.There’s no significant difference in the level of work pressure undergone by village chiefs with different seniority, administrative regions, and educational backgrounds.
4.There’s no significant difference in the motivation of developing mental health activities among village chiefs with different seniority, administrative regions, and educational backgrounds.
5.There’s no significant predictive ability for the motivation of developing mental health activities among village chiefs with diverse background and work pressure.
Base on the research, the researcher summed up the following suggestions:
1.Fulfill the need for an activity center and assembly room in every neighborhood practically.
2.Hold training courses for village chiefs to cultivate mental health care personnel.
3.Gather resources to advance neighborhood mental health care service on the Internet.
4.Understand the mental-health care need from the basic-level to effectively plan mental health projects and activities suitable for the neighborhood.
5.Promote mental-health education to the neighborhood.
6.Focus on the development when village chiefs implement mental health services.
7.Emphasize the importance of mental health consultation, treatment, and fee-charging standard.
8.It is suggestible that the population researched can be extended to other cities or even nationwide in the future. The scope of the content can be replaced with the depth of which in future surveys with qualitative research and quantitative research adopted. |
