摘要: | 隨著科技的進步,生活水準及生活品質逐漸提高,對住宅之安全、健康、便利、節能等性能之要求相對提高,而資訊通訊科技(Information and Communication Technology, ICT)產業的快速進步與發展,使ICT的技術在應用方面相對提升,同時也使智慧居家生活產品如雨後春筍般的快速成長,而建設業者為提高建案的附加價值與差異化,紛紛導入智慧化之系統設備,藉此提高房價以及吸引更多的消費者。然而在趨勢的導引下,政府也提出愛台十二項建設,智慧台灣的政策導向,促進智慧科技產業的蓬勃發展,智慧化住宅的獎補助政策更是有效的推動了住宅的智慧化。
目前的既有的智慧化系統良莠不齊,種類繁多,價格也很混亂,而不同的產品有不同的價格定位,提供的服務功能也有所不同,有鑑於此,本研究將透過問卷訪談,調查智慧化系統相關廠商之系統內容以及實際裝置案例,期望能夠了解台灣地區住宅智慧化系統之設施設備種類,以及各類住宅常用之智慧化系統類型,提供給廣大的消費者選購智慧化系統時的參考依據。
研究顯示台灣地區現有的智慧化系統共分為「門禁管理系統」、「環境感測系統」、「視聽娛樂系統」、「中央控制系統」、「影像監視系統」、「安全監控系統」、「燈光控制系統」、「緊急通報系統」、「家庭照護管理系統」、「資訊通信系統」等十項智慧化系統。
透過調查分析,本研究發現不同區位、住宅規模、房屋平均單價與智慧化系統的裝置項目及數量之影響成正比,而住宅共用區域常用之系統為門禁管理系統、影像監視系統、安全監控系統,專用空間常用之智慧化系統為門禁管理系統、環境感測系統、燈光控制系統、緊急通報系統。其餘智慧化系統可視建物成本、使用者需求、預算等逐一增加項目。
The living standard and quality of life have gradually advanced due to the rapid progress of modern technologies. Therefore, nowadays people tend to have higher expectations towards their living spaces in areas such as security, safety, convenience, energy saving and so on. At the same time, the fast progress and expansion of the Information and Communication Technology industry have rised the demands for home-tech products.
On the other hand, in order to stand out among competitors, construction corporations tend to adopt home automation systems into their building units as an added value to attract buyers. As a trend, the government has also proposed “the Twelve Loving Taiwan Infrastructure Projects” which further boosts the development of intelligent devices and home automation industry. Meanwhile, the government’s policy for home automation subsidy also gives constructors the drives to build intelligent homes.
Even though there is a huge verity of products for people to choose from, current existing automation systems differ greatly in their quality and price range. Since the services an automation device provides tend to be specific, their price range is as well specific. Therefore, this study is going to adopt the survey method to find out the product differences in terms of types, natures, characters and functions among several providers. A comparison of the concepts and case studies of the products will be the main sources that contribute to my analysis. As a result, I hope my study is going to provide the public general and construction corporations as a reference when purchasing intelligent devices and (or) home automation products. |
