摘要: | 在早期的網路空間中,較少有網站針對獨立音樂的推廣而立。但發展至今如Street Voice、甚至是全球性的音樂社群網站Myspace等,不只是獨立樂團,甚至許多全球性主流大廠的樂團都開始透過網際網路來推廣音樂,不僅是線上試聽,還能夠線上付費下載,音樂銷售型態的轉變,更確立了線上販售音樂的新趨勢,而國內的INDIEVOX網站也是在這樣的情境下在2008年初被創造出來。
本研究透過深度訪談法以及網路問卷調查法蒐集INDIEVOX網站相關資料以及其使用者對於該網站之使用滿意度,並將問卷內容分為網站設計、系統功能、資訊內容、互動功能、額外服務五大構面,並加以分析使用者對各構面之滿意度以及各構面滿意度與整體滿意度之關聯性。
本研究主要發現為職業、上網時數、觀賞演出、加入樂團、音樂創作、分享音樂之經驗對於INDIEVOX整體滿意度具有顯著差異,且不同構面滿意度對於整體滿意度均有正面影響,而針對部分使用者滿意度較差以及較少使用的功能在本研究中將進一步探討並提供建議,同時給予INDIEVOX網站提供日後經營之相關建議。
In the early age, there are only seldom website to promote indies music. But now in internet, there are many websites that provide a space to help indies music and main stream music promoting them. For examples are like Myspace、Street voice. INDIEVOX is one of the important websites for indies music in Taiwan.Users can audition the music online and pay for download music on those websites.
This research used in-depth interview to obtain information from the founder of INDIEVOX to construct the survey instrument. The survey instrument was used to collect data from INDIEVOX website users. The survey instrument includes five dimensions: Website design, Functions of the system, Information, Interactivity, Extra service.
The main findings included different backgrounds INDIEVOX’s users of the site for using different dimensions. The satisfactions are not the same. Different dimensions of satisfaction had a positive impact for each other. And the less frequently used functions will be further explored in this study and provide recommendations and look forward to INDIEVOX to become Taiwan's main site for indies music. |
