本研究將臺北捷運藍線89~97 年間旅運量以「進站旅次」及「出站旅次」製成旅運
脈動圖,發現藍線歷年旅運量呈穩定成長之趨勢。再以97 年臺北捷運全線進、出站旅
次除以藍線進、出站旅次,算出97 年藍線總進站搭乘率為53.77%,藍線總出站搭乘率
為52.85%,代表97 年臺北捷運系統全線營運旅次有超過五成來自藍線各站及前往藍線
各站,足以說明藍線對臺北捷運系統全線營運具有相當之影響程度。
旅運脈動圖由進、出站旅次雷達圖及旅次行為趨勢圖組成。當旅次雷達圖出站大於
進站時,有著旅次出站導向的機能;進站大於出站時有著旅次進站導向的機能。並從旅
次行為趨勢圖中得知,捷運藍線旅次搭乘頻率以1~7 天為週期。當旅次呈現平日高峰,
假日低峰之變化,代表其平日通勤之搭乘目的;週五高峰,週日低峰之變化,則包含通
勤與活動,代表綜合活動之搭乘目的。
臺北捷運藍線旅運模式由進、出站旅次之差異以及平日、假日旅次週期之變化共同
定義出:「AⅠ.旅次出站導向通勤模式」、「AⅡ.旅次出站導向綜合模式」、「BⅠ.
旅次進站導向通勤模式」、「BⅡ.旅次進站導向綜合模式」、「AⅢ.臺北轉運站模式」、
「AⅣ.西門站休閒活動模式」以及「AⅤ.忠孝復興轉運站模式」這7 種模式,並從中
了解藍線各站區域間互動與旅次行為之關係,嘗試以交通計畫與都市計畫之結果,驗證
未來都市計畫之規劃方向。
Abstract
After plotting a traffic pulse chart based on the number of entry and exits of the stations on the Taipei MRT Blue Line between 2000 to 2008, this study observed a steady increase in the number of annual trips on the Blue Line. By dividing the numbers of trips taken on the entire MRT system in 2008 with those taken on the Blue Line, the inbound traffic rate is 53.77 %, and the outbound rate is 52.85 %, indicating that over half the traffic of the Taipei MRT system is on the Blue Line, both outbound and inbound, which clearly demonstrates the significance of the Blue Line to the overall operation of the Taipei MRT system.
The traffic pulse chart consists of the radar charts for both inbound and outbound traffic, and the run chart of travel behavior. When the outbound traffic exceeds the inbound, the traffic is outbound-oriented; when inbound traffic exceeds the outbound, the traffic is inbound-oriented. The run chart of travel behavior shows that the frequency of the trips taken on the Blue Line moves on a seven-day cycle. When Peak hours on weekdays and off-peak hours on weekends and holidays means that the travel is commuting oriented; peak hours on Fridays and slack hours on Sundays indicates an integrated purpose, or travel for both commuting and recreational activities.
Based on the disparity between the number of trips entering and exiting the stations, and the periodic change in MRT trips between weekdays and weekends, seven patterns of travelling on the Taipei MRT Blue Line can be identified as follows:

BI. Commuting-oriented inbound pattern;
BII. Integrated inbound pattern;
AIII. Taipei Main Station pattern;
A IV. Ximen Station recreational activity pattern;
AV. Zhongxiao Fuxing Transfer Station pattern.
These patterns also reveal the relationship between the interacting segments of the Blue Line rail system and the number of trips. Attempts are made to verify the future directions for urban planning based on the results found in current transportation and urban planning.
