    摘要: 柔道是一項肢體對抗性,高強度的競技運動,需要擁有良好的心理素質、高超技術及良好的體能素質作為後盾,才能在比賽中有效發揮技術獲得勝利。在國際各項柔道比賽有效得分統計中,釣袖進腰並非名列前茅,但只要施技成功,得分內容幾乎在半勝與一勝之間。筆者在選手時期,在1999年泛太平洋柔道賽,連續兩場以釣袖進腰獲得一勝晉級決賽。基此原因,筆者撰寫本「柔道─釣袖進腰」技術報告書,將體會的實戰技術經驗與運動科學理論相互配合,以實戰經驗為主,資料佐證為輔,作為撰寫的方式。藉由本技術報告書的發表,期望將所學技術傳承,提供柔道運動愛好者有參考依據。本技術報告書共分為柒章,內容結構如下:
    一、緒論
    二、釣袖進腰國際賽會實錄
    三、釣袖進腰之技術分類
    四、釣袖進腰技術應用分析
    五、柔道專項體能訓練原則與內容
    六、柔道運動員之心理技能訓練
    七、訓練計畫之擬定

    Judo is an intensive and competitive sport with physical confrontation. The foundations of Judo are good psychology quality, excellent techniques and good physical condition, then effective in use technique and triumph in competition.The effective score statistics of international Judo competitions, Sode Tsuri Komi Goshi is not among the best, but if well perform the score content almost among Waza-ari with Ippom. When author was a Judo athlete, he ever used the Sode Tsuri Komi Goshi to obtain Ippon and into the finals in 1999 PACIFIC RIM JUDO CHAMPIONSHIPS. Due to this reason, author wrote the technique report of ’’Judo- Sode Tsuri Komi Goshi’’, combined actual combats according to his experiences and theories of sports science. Actual combats experiences are primarily references and material evidence are auxiliary ones, providing reference resources for someone interested in Judo. This technique report is divided into seven chapters; the content structure is as follows: The first chapter is introduction.The second chapter is international games record of Sode Tsuri Komi Goshi.The third chapter is technique category of Sode Tsuri Komi Goshi. Chapter fourth analyzed the applications on Sode Tsuri Komi Goshi in Technique. Chapter fifth presents the training principles of specific physical fitness and training content on judo. Chapter sixth presents about Psychological Skills Training on Judo Athletes. The seventh chapter is draft of the training plan.
